Kärcher Does Not Fix My WD 3 S V17 Vacuum Cleaner

On 27.05.2025, I purchased a Kärcher WD 3 S V-17/6/20 Car-Type Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner via Amazon for ₺5,799. Due to a water leakage problem from the tank, I delivered the device on 23.07.2025 to Gebze authorized service under warranty (Receipt No: SRV06640). At the time of delivery, I was verbally informed that the repair would be completed within 15–20 days. However, despite the considerable time that has passed, I have not received any clear information regarding when my vacuum cleaner will be returned. Each time I contact the service center, I am repeatedly told, “we are waiting for parts.” Furthermore, after contacting Amazon Customer Service, I was informed that I could return the product if I obtained a document called AOÇ from the service center. However, the Gebze service center stated that they could not issue this document and that it could only be provided by the Kärcher head office technical department. When I contacted the head office, I received the same response—that only the technical department could issue the document—yet no concrete solution has been provided. In light of the above, I kindly request an urgent resolution: If the product cannot be repaired, I request a full refund. If repair is possible, I request that the repair be completed and the device delivered to me within one week at the latest. If no solution is provided within one week, I again request a full refund. I respectfully request that my grievance be resolved promptly and that the necessary action be taken without further delay.
