Karcher Cordless Vacuum's Never-Ending Service Ordeal

They informed me that the battery in my Karcher cordless vacuum had a problem and that I should send it, along with the charger, to their service center for inspection. I sent it over a month and a half ago, and the product is still at the service center. When I called them, they said they hadn't even looked at it yet, but that they would get back to me once they had. We are unable to use the vacuum, and it is possible that they do not even provide a reliable service. It appears that they are simply using people as pawns in some games. This is a brand I would never recommend. It is not worthwhile to spend your money on it.
