Kappa T Shirt Logo Peeled Off After the First Wash


About one month ago, I purchased a Kappa t-shirt with the Kappa logo from the brand’s official website. However, during the very first wash, the logo print started peeling off even though I followed all washing instructions exactly as stated on the product label. I washed the item at the recommended temperature and according to the care instructions, so seeing the print become damaged so quickly was extremely disappointing.
I attempted to contact Kappa customer service regarding the issue, but I could not reach any representative or receive any support. I had purchased the product with confidence and genuinely liked it, but the poor quality and lack of accessible customer service seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
Because of this issue, I request a replacement for the t-shirt, which I believe is defective. I kindly ask for the product to be inspected and replaced with the same model or an equivalent product as soon as possible.
