Genshin Impact Banned My Account for Cheating I Didn’t Do and Rejected My Appeals
On May 21, 2025, I tried to log into my Genshin Impact account and was shocked to see a message stating that my account was banned due to “third-party cheat usage.” This accusation is completely false. I have never installed or used any cheats or unauthorized software—on my game or my device.
Despite explaining this clearly, my appeal was rejected twice in a row with no proper explanation or investigation. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on this account, and it’s unacceptable to be permanently banned over something I didn’t do. This feels like I’m being punished for an issue I had no control over.
My account UID is 768464935 and I’m asking Hoyoverse to take a deeper look into this ban. I’ve been a dedicated player and supporter of the game, and I deserve fair treatment. Please re-review my case, restore my account, and provide real support for wrongly banned users like me.
Banning innocent players with no explanation damages trust. I want my account back and my money's worth respected.
