Kabam Bans My Account After Repeated Game Disconnections

Kabam.com states that my account has been permanently blocked, and I am unable to log into the game. I do not understand why my account—into which I have put six months of effort—was closed. I did not use any illegal or third-party software, and I do not know why I am receiving this error.

While playing the game, I was being frequently disconnected, and I believe that my account may have been compromised by other people. I am requesting that my account be reopened.
