Jokerbet Allowed Unauthorized Casino Play on My Account and Still Hasn’t Resolved It

Someone played a casino game from my Jokerbet account without my permission. I did not initiate the game or authorize any such activity. When I reported the issue, support told me they would investigate and resolve it within 24 hours. It’s now been over two days, and nothing has been done.
Meanwhile, I can’t place bets or make any transactions on my account. Everything is frozen, and I’m left in the dark with zero updates. This isn’t the first issue either—recently, a friend of mine deposited money into Jokerbet and never received it back. These kinds of problems seem to happen all too often.
I’m extremely disappointed and losing trust in this platform. Jokerbet, I demand an immediate resolution, full transparency about the unauthorized activity, and the restoration of full access to my account. If you can’t guarantee account security, you have no business holding users’ funds.
