I Face Unauthorized Balance Use on Supertotobet and Was Denied a Refund

I’m writing to report a highly frustrating experience I had with Supertotobet, which has completely shattered my trust in the platform. Without my knowledge or consent, my account balance was automatically used for placing bets. I did not authorize any of these transactions, and this clearly indicates either a serious system failure or unauthorized manipulation within the platform.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I reached out to Supertotobet’s live support multiple times. Each time, I was met with excuses and vague explanations, and no concrete resolution was provided. Eventually, I was told that the balance would not be refunded, despite my clear objection and the fact that I did not initiate the bets myself.

This is completely unacceptable. As a user, I expect transparency, control over my funds, and accountability when issues arise. Supertotobet failed on all counts. I demand an immediate and full refund of the unauthorized amount and a clear explanation of how such a security lapse occurred. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint further.
