Joie Twin Stroller Broke After 3 Uses — Ebebek Offers No Replacement During Repair
I purchased a Joie Twin Stroller from Ebebek on February 27, 2025, during a sale. However, after using it only two or three times, one of the wheels broke. I immediately took the stroller back to Ebebek, and they told me it would take 21 days to repair.
This has caused me serious inconvenience — I’m in a period when I need the stroller the most, and now I’ve had to borrow strollers from neighbors and friends just to take my babies out. I’m extremely disappointed not only with the stroller’s poor quality but also with Ebebek’s warranty service.
It’s unreasonable for a company to take a product in for repair for three weeks without offering a temporary replacement — especially when it’s a baby essential. My children had hospital appointments during this time, and the situation has made things extremely difficult for us.
I request that Ebebek provide a replacement stroller during the repair process or compensate for the inconvenience caused. I’m deeply dissatisfied with both the product durability and the customer service experience.
