Longtime User of Johnson & Johnson Lenses, Recent Purchases Poor Quality and Irritating

I have been a loyal customer of Johnson & Johnson lenses for a long time, and you can verify this through my account. However, the last three boxes of lenses I purchased from this branch were of noticeably lower quality compared to the ones I used to buy. Recently, a lens in my eye started causing discomfort, so I bought another box from the Maltepe Piazza Atasun branch on July 11th. Unfortunately, on July 18th, the lens I applied in the morning immediately began to cause irritation. I am sending the latest box I purchased for your review. I kindly request that my issue be resolved promptly, as this has been a very disappointing experience with a brand I trusted for years.
