On March 19, 2024, I purchased Acuvue Oasys lenses from an optician. I have myopia and astigmatism, with different prescriptions for each eye. It's my first time using lenses, and I can't tolerate them at all. From the moment I put them on, the lenses caused an incredible burning and stinging sensation in my eyes. I struggled to keep them in for a few hours. The next day, when I visited my doctor, I was informed that the lens diameter was appropriate, but I was experiencing dryness in my eyes. The doctor suggested changing the lens brand and provided eye drops for dryness. When I contacted the optician, they mentioned that if the doctor had recommended a specific brand initially, it would have been the best option. They promised to get back to me after contacting the company, but only provided lens solution for free without any improvement. Despite paying ₺2700, the lenses remain unusable, and my money seems wasted. I urgently need a solution to this problem.
