Jobseeker Trying To Steal Your Money

April 7 10:39 PM22

I am writing to report a serious issue with a so‑called premium subscription on Jobseeker and the company’s current claim that I owe them money. I use Jobseeker in Romania. Starting around March 2025, Jobseeker repeatedly attempted to charge my Revolut card for a premium subscription. Because I did not want this subscription and had not authorised any ongoing payments, I blocked these payment attempts directly via Revolut. Jobseeker has since cancelled the premium subscription, yet they are still claiming that I owe them subscription fees for 13 months, which is completely untrue and unacceptable, and I do not acknowledge or accept any such alleged debt. I have tried to find a way to contact Jobseeker support to clarify and resolve this, but I have not been able to locate any valid support address or channel where I can reach them directly. As a result, I am left with a false claim that I owe them money and no proper way to communicate with the company. I request that Jobseeker confirm in writing that they have fully cancelled any premium subscription linked to my account, that they will not attempt to collect any alleged debt, and that they withdraw their claim that I owe them subscription fees for these 13 months. I also ask them to provide clear and accessible support contact information so that users can properly resolve such issues in the future. If this situation is not resolved promptly and this false claim is not withdrawn, I will consider taking legal action to protect my rights.
