Cv Wizard Recurring Billing Complaint – Unauthorized R299 Deduction

I recently used Cv Wizard’s CV creation service and paid R19,99 for what was presented as a one-time CV download. At no stage was I clearly informed that this would result in a recurring subscription or future charges. On 04 February 2026, an amount of R299 was taken from my account as a recurring charge. I did not knowingly agree to this subscription, and I only became aware of it when I saw it on my bank statement. I feel this is misleading, as I intended to make a one-off payment for a single CV download only. I kindly request that the R299 taken on 04 February 2026 be fully refunded and that any ongoing subscription or recurring payments linked to my account be cancelled so that no further amounts are deducted.
