CVwizard Charged Monthly After One Time CV Download
I previously used CVwizard to download my CV and paid a once-off amount of R19 for this service. After that single purchase, CVwizard started to deduct R299 from my account every month without my clear consent or awareness of any ongoing subscription. These R299 deductions have been going on for about six months, and the most recent one was taken from my FNB account on 30 December 2025, as reflected in my FNB SMS notifications. I only expected to pay R19 once for the CV download and did not knowingly agree to be charged R299 monthly. I have not yet been able to contact Cvwizard or FNB about this issue, but I am now requesting that Cvwizard urgently cancel this subscription with immediate effect and stop all future deductions. In addition, I am asking for a refund of four R299 deductions that were taken unlawfully from my account. I expect Cvwizard to review this situation, cancel any active subscription linked to my details and arrange the refund of the four R299 payments as soon as possible.
