JobHero Resume Builder Not Saving Progress

I started building my resume, saving it every few minutes because, you know, gotta be careful, every time I come back to work on it, blank slate again. all my work, gone. This has happened, like, multiple times already, making things really hard for me… sometimes hours of work, poof! even double-checked my internet and made sure I was logged in properly, but it keeps happening. It's not just annoying, it's kind of discouraging because I need this tool to actually land me a job, Any chance you guys can look into this? Maybe there's a fix, or some way to stop it from happening again? Because right now, I'm not super confident putting more time into something that just eats my work.
