I Can’t Complete Upwork ID Verification—No Option to Resubmit or Get Support

I’m stuck on Upwork because I failed the ID verification and was told to resubmit my documents. That part is normal, but the problem is there’s no option to upload the documents again. The platform won’t let me resubmit, and I can’t send any feedback or contact support for help. I’ve received no response from Upwork despite repeated attempts. This issue blocks my account and work opportunities, and it’s extremely frustrating. Upwork, please fix this verification glitch immediately and provide a clear way for users like me to resend documents and get assistance. I need a fast resolution or I risk losing important freelance jobs.
