Jio Data Pack Not Activated After Recharge And Mobile Data Not Working

I recently recharged a ₹29 data pack on my Jio number 8574552***, which I use in Varanasi, Gandi Puram Colony. Even though the recharge was done today, the data pack is not working at all and I am unable to use mobile data. After the recharge, I did not even receive any confirmation message from Jio about activation of the ₹29 data pack, and the internet is still not working. This is causing me inconvenience as I am unable to use data despite having paid for the service. I request that my ₹29 data pack for number 8574552*** be checked and activated immediately, or the amount be refunded if activation is not possible. I also request a clear explanation of why the data pack did not start after recharge.
