Jio Recharge Not Activated After ₹239 Payment Through HDFC Bank App

I am using a Jio SIM card with the number 90631792** on my smartphone. Today, on March 7, 2026, at around 12:34 PM, I made a ₹239 recharge through the HDFC Bank mobile app.
The amount of ₹239 was successfully debited from my HDFC Bank account, but the recharge has not been applied to my Jio number, and my services have not been activated.
After noticing that the recharge was not reflected on my number, I contacted customer care to report that the recharge had not gone through. However, the issue has still not been resolved.
I request that the ₹239 recharge either be immediately applied to my Jio number 90631792** so that my services can be activated, or that the debited amount be refunded to my bank account without any further delay.
