I Paid ₹2500 via Jio for Teen Patti but Did Not Receive Balance

I made a Teen Patti game recharge through Jio yesterday at around 6:30 PM, but the amount has not been credited to my game account, even though the payment was successfully completed.
The payment of ₹2,500 was made via UPI, and the transaction reference ID is T2604131821167298168938. Despite the amount being deducted from my account, I have not received the corresponding game balance, which is very concerning.
This situation is causing inconvenience, as I have paid for the service but did not receive what I was promised. There has been no update or resolution regarding this failed recharge.
I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that the recharge be either completed successfully or canceled. If it cannot be processed, I demand a full refund of ₹2,500 to my original UPI payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear confirmation once the issue has been resolved.
