Fampay Debited Money but Airtel Recharge Not Done


On May 5, I attempted to recharge my Airtel mobile number with a ₹899 plan through Fampay. The amount was successfully debited from my account, but the recharge was not completed, and my Airtel number has still not received the ₹899 plan.
Since the service I paid for has not been provided, I request that my Airtel number be recharged with the ₹899 plan as soon as possible, or that an immediate resolution be provided.
I expect Fampay to investigate this failed transaction and either complete the recharge or take the necessary corrective action without any further delay.
