Jio Unlimited Plan Slow Internet and Calls Asking for Recharge

I am using a Jio connection with an unlimited data recharge, but since 1 August my internet speed has been extremely slow in Rethoj, Haryana. Pages do not load properly and even basic browsing often fails, as shown by the error messages I receive when trying to access speed test sites. In addition to the slow internet, whenever I try to call someone I hear the message “please recharge your number” even though I currently have an active unlimited plan. Because of this issue, I am unable to use both the data and voice services of my existing recharge in a normal way. I have not yet contacted customer care, but I am sharing this complaint so that the problem can be checked and resolved as soon as possible. I request Jio to urgently fix the network problem and correct whatever issue is causing outgoing calls to ask for a recharge, and to restore proper internet speed and calling on my number so that I can actually use the unlimited plan I have paid for.
