MyJio Starter Plan Payment Taken but Refund Never Received

I am writing regarding an issue with a ₹349 starter plan payment for a new Jio SIM made through the MyJio app on 22 March 2026. I paid ₹349 via UPI using my Airtel Payments Bank, but the amount was not credited and the service was not activated. When I contacted Jio customer care, I was informed that my order had been cancelled, but I have not received any refund back to my Airtel Payments Bank account. It has been several months since the payment, and no corrective action has been taken. I request that the ₹349 I paid for the cancelled starter plan be refunded in full to my Airtel Payments Bank account as soon as possible. I expect a clear confirmation of the refund and an explanation for the delay.
