On the evening of July 14th, around 9 PM, I visited the Zara store at Izmir Forum Bornova. A female employee was walking around carelessly, dragging a hanger along everyone she passed, including me. The hanger scratched my waist, leaving a noticeable red mark. She seemed oblivious and was even laughing as she walked. I called out to her several times, "Excuse me?" but she ignored me. When I confronted her about what she did, she responded dismissively, "Oh, really? Sorry then," with an indifferent expression and turned away. There was no proper apology or concern for my injury. When I reported this to another employee, they just said, "It must have been an accident," and walked away. The store is filled with irresponsible staff who lack basic job etiquette. I left without further assistance. Zara's complaint line doesn't work, making me question the company's reliability. A large company like Zara should have someone responsible for handling such issues, but there's no one to turn to.
