Missing JC Penny Coupon Savings And Dismissive Customer Service
I was all set to place an online order, even had a coupon to use with it. But when I got the confirmation email, the amount didn't include the discount from the coupon. So, I called up customer service hoping to sort it out. But guess what? They told me since the order was already placed, my only option was to cancel it and reorder, when I asked to speak to a supervisor about it, the operator just hung up on me! No explanation, no solution, just click, and they were gone. Seriously, what happened to friendly salespeople who actually want to help? How easy it is to hang up on a customer. I’ll cancel for sure but won’t reorder.
