UPS Hasn’t Delivered My Return to LTB After 10 Days
It’s been 10 days since I arranged a return shipment through UPS to send my item back to LTB, yet it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve called UPS three times now, and every time I get the same response: they say there’s been a “delay” and assure me they’ll inform the relevant department. But no progress has been made, and they haven’t resolved the issue. I am extremely frustrated with this lack of follow-through and reliability. Since my calls have gotten me nowhere, I am now posting here to bring attention to this problem. UPS, please take responsibility and deliver my package to LTB promptly, or provide an explanation and solution for the delay.
