If JCEX stuck your shipment in customs and hasn’t responded;
• Contact JCEX customer support via email or website form and explain that your shipment is stuck in customs with no update
• Provide your order number, tracking number, destination country, customs location (if shown), and screenshots of the status
Ask them to;
• Confirm why customs is holding the shipment
• Tell you if documents, invoices, or fees are required to clear customs
• Coordinate with the customs broker or carrier to release the package
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
