Umingle Banned My iPhone Account as Under 18 by Mistake

I am an iPhone user of the Video Umingle application and today at around 12:00 my account was suddenly banned with the information that I am under 18 years old. Since that time until now, the ban is still active and I cannot access my account at all. This is incorrect, because I am 22 years old and clearly above 18. I have already contacted Video Umingle support regarding this ban, but so far I have not received any response. I use my email account to log in to Video Umingle, and I am sure there has been a mistake in the age evaluation that caused this block. I kindly request that my Video Umingle account be reactivated and that my situation be reviewed in detail. If age verification or additional information is needed, I am ready to provide it so that my access can be restored as soon as possible.
