Jalwa Game Navi UPI Deposit Not Credited To Account

I am writing regarding an issue with a missing deposit on the Jalwa Game platform. I made a payment of ₹1000 using Navi UPI, but the amount has not been credited to my game account. The transaction was made for my Jalwa Game account with ID 6809*** and the UPI/transaction reference is 20260506173829179404956038307840. Even though the payment was successfully debited from my bank via Navi UPI, the balance has still not appeared in my Jalwa Game account. I have already contacted Jalwa Game customer support about this problem, but I have not received any reply so far, and the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request that you refund the amount of ₹1000 to my bank account linked with Navi UPI for this transaction, as I did not receive the deposit in my game account despite successful payment. I expect this to be checked and resolved at the earliest using the transaction reference and my game ID provided above.
