Deposit Missing After Successful Payment

I made a UPI payment to Jalwa Game on 12/06/2026 for an amount of ₹3000. The money was successfully deducted from my bank/UPI account, but the balance has not been credited to my Jalwa Game account. I am very upset because my money is stuck and I have not received what I paid for. I request that my issue be checked urgently and that my ₹3000 either be credited to my Jalwa Game account or returned to my bank account as soon as possible. I expect a clear explanation of why this happened and a quick resolution so that my money is not at risk.
