Deposit Partially Credited and Refund Missing

I am writing regarding an issue with a payment I made for the Jalwa game. On 8/6/2026 in the morning, I paid ₹3000 through UPI using the PhonePe application for adding balance in the game. However, after the transaction, only ₹1000 was credited to my Jalwa game account instead of the full ₹3000 amount. Because of this difference, I either expected the remaining ₹2000 to be credited to my Jalwa game wallet or a refund of ₹2000 back to my PhonePe/bank account. Till now, I have not received this remaining amount or any refund on my phone. I request that this issue be checked urgently, and that the missing ₹2000 be either credited to my Jalwa game account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
