Jabra Elite 10 Volume Issue on Redmi 12 Device

I purchased the Jabra Elite 10, but I’ve been unable to use it since day one. When I connect it to my Redmi 12 smartphone, the sound output is barely audible—like a faint whisper. I tested the earbuds on several other devices, and they worked perfectly, delivering clear and loud audio.

This leads me to question whether Jabra Elite 10 headphones are incompatible with the Redmi 12 model or if there’s a specific issue with my unit. The product’s performance on my primary device is deeply disappointing. I need an immediate solution from Jabra to either resolve this compatibility issue or provide a replacement.
