Jabra Elite 10 Earbuds Not Syncing After Update
On October 14, 2024, I purchased the Jabra Elite 10 earbuds. After performing an update, I encountered an issue where the right and left earbuds no longer connect simultaneously. After troubleshooting, I discovered that the left earbud is updated, while the right one remains on an older version. I attempted to update the right earbud again, but since they are on different firmware versions, they won’t connect to my phone, preventing any further updates. I’ve tried every possible solution to fix this issue, but nothing has worked. I need Jabra’s assistance to resolve this problem so I can use my earbuds as intended. Please provide a solution promptly.
