Jabra Elite 4 Not Connecting to Devices, No Support Available
I purchased the Jabra Elite 4 earbuds two months ago, and for the past two days, I have been unable to connect them to my phone. The earbuds do not appear on the Bluetooth device list, and I have tried multiple phones with the same result. Occasionally, a purple light flashes from the right earbud, which seems unusual.
I have called 3-4 customer service numbers, but either no one answered, or the numbers were invalid. This is extremely frustrating for a premium product. I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue and make my earbuds functional again. Jabra must improve its customer support and address this problem promptly.
