Iyzico Saved My Card Info Without Consent, Did Not Fully Delete It

I would like to thank customer representative Ms. Ceyda very much.

Iyzico stored my card details without my permission. I promptly reached out via email to request the deletion of my data as soon as I became aware of the situation. They responded that it had been removed, but when I returned to the checkout page on the dermoailem website, I still noticed both my card details and phone number saved. This truly undermined my confidence and made me feel quite unsettled. It's simply not right to assert that the data has been removed when it's evident that it hasn't been. This goes beyond a simple communication problem; it’s downright deceptive. I would like to receive clear and transparent confirmation that all my personal information has been completely removed from the system. I anticipate a prompt resolution to this issue.
