I Had Unauthorized Charges from iyzico on My Card

On June 30, 2025, at approximately 00:40, I noticed seven unauthorized transactions on my credit card listed as iyzico/Letgo, each for about ₺2,000. I was completely unaware of these transactions and did not give my consent or start any of them. Finding out about this activity truly shocked me, particularly considering the volume and magnitude of the withdrawals. I promptly notified the relevant authorities and submitted a complaint. I am urgently requesting a full refund for the amount that was taken without my permission. I anticipate a prompt and accountable reply from those involved, and I trust that my case will be treated with the seriousness it warrants.
