About a year ago, a legal hold was placed on my non-interest-bearing account at İş Bank’s İzmir Karşıyaka Şemikler Branch. However, even though I fully settled my debt a year ago, the hold on my account still hasn’t been lifted. I contacted customer service regarding this issue, but I was told, “We can’t remove the hold,” and no solution was provided. The last four digits of my account are 6743. I have been unable to use my account for a long time and continue to experience inconvenience because of this.
