My Credit Card Was Closed Without Any Warning

I am a customer of İş Bankası with the Turkish ID number 488*****784. Following the spending objections I submitted, İş Bankası suddenly closed my credit card. I am also a salary customer at İş Bankası. The bank later claimed that the objections I made were against the ordinary course of life. When I try to make a payment with my card, the POS machine says “transaction declined.” The distress this has caused me is beyond measure. On top of that, doing something like this without informing me is another issue. Hours after my card was closed, I received an email stating that it involved “money laundering.” What crime? What income? The email said: “Your spending objection has been reviewed. It was found that your objections regarding the transactions made with your card are against the ordinary course of life. According to the Credit Card Agreement you signed with our Bank, under clause h.5, which states that a cardholder cannot use the card for unauthorized goods or services, betting, gambling, games, making money from money, or in any way for illegal purposes or in violation of national or international rules, and that objections related to such use will not be processed and the Bank may unilaterally cancel the card with notice and may refuse to return any positive balance if required by law—your objection was not processed as it was deemed to pose a risk under Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime.” I request the cancellation of the credit card closure. My objections are not against the ordinary course of life. I respectfully request that İş Bankası take the necessary action. Reference number: 33049073.
