Iş Bank Charged ₺1727.25 in Unauthorized Annual Fees
As of 15.08.2024 (00.00), ₺1645 annual fee and ₺82.25 credit card annual fee were withdrawn from my "İş Bank" Commercial Credit card, for a total of ₺1727.25. I seek repayment for any retrospective card annual fees and dues in accordance with the law. According to the most recent decision (2011/47** esas 2011/115** numbered) issued by the 3rd Civil Chamber within the framework of legal rights, the annual card fee dues in question are prohibited by bk. 125. Article and HGK 2010/1-93-88 numbered decision, and there is also a clear provision that retroactive card fees will be refunded. In accordance with the applicable decision, I request a return for the charge deducted from me. Otherwise, I will exercise all of my legal rights and will have to deactivate my card.
