İş Bankası closed my internet banking without any explanation, leaving me in a difficult situation while I was abroad. I haven't conducted any transactions that would warrant the closure of my account—there were no deposits or withdrawals made. When I reached out to customer service, rather than offering a solution, they just directed me to visit a branch. I mentioned that I was overseas and unable to comply, yet they provided no other options. It's quite troubling that a bank can take such measures without any prior notice and then offer no help when it leads to significant disruption. I had faith in İş Bankası for my account, but after this experience, I now doubt the safety of my money with them.
