İş Bankası Charged Me a Fee for a Money Transfer Without Any Explanation

İş Bankası charges a fee for money transfers in Türkiye but did not provide me with any explanation or information regarding this. I discussed the issue with a bank official, and she said that ₺6 is too little for a ₺1300 transfer and that there should be no problem, which I found to be a sarcastic and dismissive response. I was expecting a clear and professional explanation instead of being brushed off with such an attitude. This experience has made me question whether customer satisfaction is a priority for İş Bankası. It is clear that İş Bankası not care about its customers, and for me, this bank is no longer an option.
