I Did Not Receive Full Amount While Using an ATM Machine
I tried to withdraw ₺1500 from an İş Bankası ATM using my Ziraat Bank account. I was in a difficult situation and urgently needed cash. However, the ATM only dispensed ₺1000, charged an ₺18 transaction fee, and withheld ₺500. This is clearly a case of financial harm. I immediately took all necessary steps; Ziraat Bank carefully reviewed the situation and genuinely tried to help me. The employee there did everything they could and followed up on the issue. Unfortunately, İş Bankası—the actual source of the problem—refused to engage and essentially dismissed the matter, shifting the responsibility. It's hard to believe that such an established institution could be so indifferent, unresponsive, and far from solution-oriented. As a last resort, I went to an İş Bankası branch, but the staff member I encountered was shockingly rude and dismissive. I’ve been wronged both financially and emotionally. Until this issue is resolved, I will do everything I can to make sure others see İş Bankası’s true face. Dear officials, you're treating me like a liar and keeping my money. This may seem like a small amount to you, but to a citizen you've left in hardship, it means a great deal.
