İş Bankası Charged a Fee on My Investment Account Without My Consent

İş Bankası charged an account management fee from my investment account without my agreement. I don't want to pay this price, but it was automatically charged to my account. I am requesting that this amount be immediately returned to my account in the same manner in which it was withdrawn. Such sudden charges have a detrimental impact on customers and make me question my trust in the bank. I respectfully request that the appropriate procedures be done to settle this matter as soon as feasible.

They still haven't gotten back to me. If this situation continues, I will close my account with İş Bankası.
