İş Bank Digital Banking Blocked In South Korea - Need Urgent Access To Funds!

I am in South Korea for language studies, and I cannot access the digital or online banking services of İş Bank, which is my only bank. Before coming here, I specifically asked whether there would be any problems abroad, but about a month after arriving, I lost access. All my school expenses, rent, and savings are in İş Bank, and I only have an İş Bank card. I was told that to reactivate digital banking, I need to go to a branch 10,000 kilometers away, but I still have a month before returning.
