İş Bank Charges Me a Custody Fee Every Three Months
My wife and I have been loyal customers of İş Bank for many years. However, in recent years, we have been forced to reconsider our relationship with the bank due to various commissions and fees deducted from our accounts. In particular, every three months, more than ₺500 is deducted from my investment account (Customer No: 7602) under the name of a “custody fee.” A similar amount is also deducted from my spouse’s account. We used to conduct our stock market transactions through İş Bank as well, but due to the high commissions, we had to transfer our shares to another institution. Now, if these custody fee deductions continue, we are considering transferring our remaining investment funds and stocks to Info Yatırım as well. I request the cancellation of this deduction. If a negative response is received, we intend to move all our investment products to another institution.
