My iRobot Roomba i7+ Won’t Empty Its Bin and Shows Clean Base Error Every Time

Hello. I purchased the iRobot Roomba i7+ expecting a hassle-free cleaning experience, but since the very first day, it’s been nothing but a headache. Every single time the robot finishes cleaning, it fails to empty its bin into the Clean Base. Instead, I get an error, and a red ring lights up on the vacuum’s Clean button.

This has become a constant issue—the main feature I paid extra for, the automatic bin emptying, simply does not work. I always have to manually intervene, which defeats the purpose of owning a self-emptying robot vacuum in the first place.

I’ve checked the Clean Base, the dustbin connection, and followed every troubleshooting step I could find, but nothing helps. This is clearly a defect, not a setup issue.
