I purchased an iRobot Roomba i7, and since day one, it has been nothing but problems. The vacuum never returns to its dock, meaning if I leave home expecting it to clean, I always come back to find it stuck somewhere, unfinished. I sent it to service, and instead of actually fixing the issue, they blamed me, claiming I had sprayed WD-40 inside—something I never did!
Every time I call customer service, they dismiss my concerns with careless and unhelpful responses, trying to shift the blame to user error. I have reset it to factory settings 30 times, yet the issue never goes away. Unlike in the U.S., where iRobot is reliable and popular, in Turkey, it’s useless due to poor service and lack of support. Spare parts are ridiculously expensive, and the service team refuses to cover anything, blaming non-OEM brushes or silicone parts.
