IQScore.ME Charged Repeatedly Without Authorization

I am writing to report recurring charges on my Daycoval credit card that I did not authorize and to request an immediate solution. Since 30/04/2026, an amount of R$ 80,00 has been charged every seven days on my card, identified only as an online charge, apparently related to “isqcore.me” or similar, without my consent or knowledge of any service contracted. I do not recognize any subscription, service or purchase that would justify these recurring charges, and I was not informed about any trial period, membership or automatic renewal connected to this value. Until now, I have not contacted Daycoval customer service, and I am filing this complaint so that the situation can be treated as an unauthorized charge on my card. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to these recurring charges and the full refund of all amounts already charged in this way. I also ask that the bank block this merchant or transaction on my credit card so that new unauthorized charges do not occur and that I be informed of the measures taken to resolve this case.
