I live in Brazil, and on May 11, 2026, a charge from iqscore.me/bill appeared on my credit card statement in the amount of US$ 14.99. On May 8, I made a single payment on the website just to see the result of a test, and at no time was I informed of any subscription price, nor did I authorize a recurring subscription or future debits. After noticing the charge, I accessed the iqscore.me website to try to cancel any possible subscription, but there is no clear option or field for cancellation on the site, which leaves me without control over these charges. I did not hire an ongoing service, and I do not agree with these debits being made without my express authorization. The charge was made to my credit card ending in 2947. I contacted IQScore support by email but have not received any response so far. I also contacted my bank about this unauthorized charge, and the bank informed me that they need authorization from the merchant in order to proceed with a possible refund. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring charge linked to my card at iqscore.me, the full refund of the US$ 14.99 already charged, and assurance that no future amount will be debited without my clear and prior consent.
