I Never Authorized a Recurring Subscription on iqscore.me

I live in Brazil, and on May 5, 2026, a charge from iqscore.me appeared on my bank card statement in the amount of $14.99. I only made a one-time payment on the site to see the result of a test, and at no time did I authorize a recurring subscription or further debits. After noticing the charge, I accessed the iqscore.me website to try to cancel any possible subscription, but there is no clear option or field to cancel on the site, which leaves me without any control over these charges. I did not contract a continuous service, and I do not agree with these debits being made without my explicit authorization. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring charge linked to my card on iqscore.me and the full refund of the $14.99 already charged, as well as the guarantee that no future amounts will be debited without my consent.
