IQScore.me Charged Me After a Supposedly Free IQ Test

I recently used the IQScore.me website from Malaysia to take what was presented as an IQ test. The process appeared to be free, but at the end of the test they suddenly requested payment and, without my clear consent to a recurring plan, a subscription of 14.99 USD was set up on my RHB Bank card just a few minutes ago. I feel that the way the payment and subscription were presented was misleading and not clearly explained in advance. This unexpected subscription has created a serious financial problem for me, as I urgently need this money for basic needs such as food. I have already tried to address the issue, but the situation remains unresolved and the charge and subscription are still active. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of this 14.99 USD subscription and a full refund of the amount taken. I also ask that my payment details and any unnecessary personal data be removed from your system so that no further charges can be made.
