IQSCORE Unauthorized Charges – Request For Immediate Cancellation And Refund
I am writing to raise a formal complaint about unauthorized charges made by IQSCORE to my account. I only completed an online IQ test on your website and at no point was it clearly and explicitly stated that this would start a recurring paid subscription. I did not knowingly subscribe to any IQSCORE service or package, and I was not properly informed about any fees, renewal terms or payment obligations. I only became aware of these payments recently while reviewing my account, and until then I had no idea that any subscription was active. I am using your service from South Korea, and these charges have been taken without my clear and informed consent. I do not accept these payments as authorized. I did not receive transparent information about any subscription, recurring billing or total cost, and therefore I consider these charges to be improper. I request the immediate cancellation of any and all subscriptions that may have been created in connection with my email address and/or payment card, and a full refund of all amounts that have been charged without my explicit and informed consent. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to seek a chargeback and further assistance through my bank. I kindly ask you to confirm in writing that all subscriptions have been cancelled and that a full refund has been processed.
